The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

Has work being done on the west side of the property and a demo permit applied for and not also paid for. T15BU01412 in applied status and needing to complete the process for the permit to be issued. T17CM06088 the plans have been approved and waiting for the payment to have the permit issued. The owner is working on re-doing the framing in a section on the west side of the property. Will need to get the permit for what is being done at this time. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
