03/03/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and the units still on site and the fire was out. Does have smoke damage through out the unit. The fires were items piled in different areas and set on fire. No structual damage from the fire but did have some drywall removed in the closet to check for fire getting into the walls. The fire were in the living room, kitchen counter top, bathroom, bedroom in a few areas and the closet. The fire investigators showed checking for the cause and called the detectives. The owner was on site and she will be securing the property once the investigation is completed. T.F.D. did force entry on 2-units to check if fire and smoke got into the units. The management was on site and the H.O.A. president showed to the property. The owner signed the paperwork and went over securing the unit and working on the unit and getting it cleaned.
03/05/2018	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The unit is vacant and secured and the owner is working on repairs from the damage and the smoke. The owner is doing the work and will not be required a permit due to only doing repairs. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
