States they took care of the ceiling in washroom area and in bathroom. Ask her about her hot water what she stated it was an emergency shut-off but all is working now. Then ask her about her insect problem she said she doesn't allow them to spray from the apartment complex because of her cat so she takes care of that issue all by herself so no longer an issue for her. States she is still having problems with the heater and AC unit. Ran the unit on both Heating and Cooling Cycles to find that they might be switched on the wiring. When you ask for heat out of the unit you get cold, and when you ask for cold you get heat. Met with maintenance guy in the parking lot after leaving the unit and let him know what I found as the issue. Make contact with manager it front office and states she would like the tenant to email her with a date and time that's available. As a tenant could not make an appointment today. Will continue to follow up on this case |
