02/26/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived at site and spoke with tenant states they do have water to unit. Ask them if they had electricity which he responded no they are overdue on the electricity bill and have been shut off for a week. They are working on trying to get the electricity started. Let him know that he cannot be living in this unit as he has no electricity to occupy the unit. He could be here during the day but cannot be here during the night. He understood also advised him I would be posting on the front window and also called and spoke to management. Kyle from management was here so a copy of the abatement order and a signed indemnification paperwork was also done.
03/14/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved 03/14/18 -Arrived on site and knocked on the door several times however no answer. Was able to see a tep door hanger which read, service was reactivated to trailer 14. Will try to get with manager at this point

02/28/2018 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-11(c) ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. (1) All dwellings and dwelling units shall be provided with electrical service. Electrical facilities connected to or in any building or structure are to be maintained hazard-free and in a state of good repair. The electrical system shall be free from such hazards as bare wiring; overloaded circuits or services; equipment not properly grounded; over-fused circuits; misuse of wiring, including the use of extension cords in lieu of permanent wiring; non-approved wiring; and wiring exposed to moisture or extreme heat. Broken, loose, frayed, inoperable, defective or missing portions of the electrical service, lines, switches, outlets, fixtures and fixture coverings shall be repaired or replaced. (2) All electrical equipment, wiring and appliances shall be installed and maintained in a safe manner and in accordance with all applicable laws.
