02/28/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and knocked on the door several times however no answer. Made phone contact with manager who stated tenant did call and management was willing to send the plumber however under lease the tenant would be charged for the plumber. At that point the tenant no longer wanted to move forward. Made phone contact with tenant was no home who stated the same story. Advised him I would be more than happy to have the manager send a plumber however the conditions in the lease would still need to be followed and he would be responsible for the plumber or he could contact a plumber himself. He stated he would be on his way to pick up his lease and discuss this with manager. At this point the City of Tucson will back out from this case as management is more than willing to do their part however tenant is hesitant and weightin his own options
