02/18/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received a call from communication and T.P.D. on site with a car through the house. Arrived and a truck hit the northwest corner of the house and knocking down the wood post for a front porch. Has a wood frame window with 4-panels and they were broken and the wood frame was damaged. No one was home and not able to open a case rightaway due to the property has been annexed into the city just recently and had to open the case by the parcel number. Due to not able to find the owner, called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the opening secured once the truck was removed from the property. Took some time due to working on the person driving the truck on how she would be charged. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window once it was covered with plywood. The paperwork was placed on the coffee table inside the house before locking the front door with screws. The vehicle hit the masonry wall north of the window and broke the masonry wall to the corner. Does have some cracking on the joints of the masonry wall on the north side masonry wall going west from the corner. RV.
03/01/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The owner has called and able to remain in the house due to the area has been cleaned. The permit has been applied for, T18CM01337 on 2-21-18 and out for correction . At this time the case will be closed per the administrator Rick Saldate due to working with the insurance. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
