02/11/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called thatg T.P.D. on site with a hole in the wall of a building. Arrived and a vehicle hit the south side of the building and made a hole in the wall. The building a a metal frame on steel post and beams with infill in-between the posts with purlins. The steel posts are OK and the metal studs and purlins have been damaged. The interior has metal siding and the exterior has stucco on foam. The hole is approx. 8' wide x 6' high. The metal siding is floor to roof with 3' wide sheets. The interior has been pushed in. The room is the storage of stocked items and some of the carts have been pushed and knocked down. The store will remain opened. Did have a fire alarm that is in a trouble system and the fire department was called and check it tomorrow. The building is sprinkler and the system is in operation and all on line at this time. The assistant manager signed the paperwork and the on call for the store has showed to secure the opening. RV.
02/12/2018	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The building is secured and at this time the case will be closed per the administrator Rick Saldate due to will work with the insurance. The store remained opened. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
