02/12/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, FOUND A MURAL ON THE WEST WALL. SPOKE TO BARBER SHOP OWNER ANGEL WHO STATED HE PAID TO HAVE THE MURAL PAINTED. I DO NOT VIEW THIS AS A SIMPLE TAGGING AS THE MURAL TAKES UP THE ENTIRE WEST WALL OF THE STRUCTURE AND SOME THOUGHT AND TIME WAS PUT INTO THIS. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
