The AC unit on the roof was installed w no permit, as is the carport over the driveway (hazardous as the drywall is moldy and falling apart) and there is an illegal addition that stretches to the property line (a laundry and tool storage type room) The metal front gate is dilapidated, the "wall" along the carport between the neighbor's house is falling apart in multiple places and shows massive mold growth. There is a green pool in front yard buzzing with mosquitos, and there is no proper gate to the pool to ensure no one drowns. Address of violation: 3650 E Flower St
