REAR SHED IS A WOOD FRAME, METAL SIDIND SHED THAT HAS NOT BEEN ADDED ONTO AND PROBABLY BEEN IN PLACE FOR OVER 15-20 YEARS OR MORE. THERE IS A 8-10 FT CHAINLINK FENCE AROUND THE REAR OF STRUCUTRE, DOES HAVE PLYWOOD SCREWED TO THE FENCE UP TO 8 FT. AND ALSO HAS NO PARKING POSTED SIGNS ON THE FENCE. INSPECTOR HAS NO ISSUES WITH WHAT HE FOUND. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
