Showed me to the AC filter area where she stated it was once leaking again did not see anything leaking currrently and no soft sheetrock. Showed me then to the bathroom closet area stated water was Dripping in there and landing on the carpet again no issues today of leaking or smell of carpet being molded at this point. Front door of apartment was warped towards the bottom. What able to find the manager Melissa and we walked the unit together as I pointed out issues the tenant had. The only thing at this point is the Warped front door to the apartment however door locked and operated normally. Manager would be replacing the door over the weekend will follow up on this case |
