01/06/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car through building. Arrived and the unit still on site and had a truck hit the rear of the building in unit B-126 on the north side in the living room area. The hole is approx. 6' x 7' and has electrical in the wall. The power was turned off and leaving the refrigerator on only. The management was on site and gave permission to have the building secured due to not able to find someone and had no material on site. The tenants were moved to another unit on site and will be moving at daylight hours the items to the other unit. Did do the posting on the front window of Do Not Enter and called Arcaiden Industries to have the opening secured. The masonry wall has grouted cells with rebar. The management signed the paperwork and will be calling a contractor to get the repairs started. RV.
01/08/2018	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The unit is vacant and secured and the management will be working with the insurance company and getting a contractor to do the work. At this time the case will be closed per the administrator Rick Saldate. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
