Description:
HOLES IN LIVING FLOORING, CEILING IN LIVING ROOM WAS ONLY HALF REPAIRED AND NOW BOARDS ARE HANGING DOWN INTO LIVING ROOM, BECAUSE OF LEAK IN ROOF THAT GOT IN BETWEEN THE ROOF AND LIVING ROOM CEILING AND DAMAGE BOARDS THAT HAD BEEN REPLACED. BATHROOM HAS A LEAK IN WALL IN BETWEEN SINK AND BATH TUB. OPPCUPANT WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE REPARED WITHIN A WEEK, THAT IN IN APRIL 2017 AND TO DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT FAULTY WALL.HALLWAY CEILING PARTICLE BOARD IS DAMAGED AND OCCUPANT BELIVES THERE ARE LEAKS IN THAT PART OF THE CEILING SINCE THEN AND THERE IS ALOT OF DAMAGE UNDERNEATH. MASTER BEDROOM ALSO HAS 2 LEAKS IN CEILING.2ND BEDROOM HAS 2 LEAKS IN CEILING PARTICLE BOARD. ELECTRICAL OUTLETS IN HALLWAY DOESNT HAVE COVER ON IT, SO WHAN ANYBODY GOES TO PLUG SOMETHING IN THE OUTLET SEEMS TO BE PULLING UP WALL. 4 OTHER OUTLETS DON'T HAVE COVERS AND HAVE PROBLEMS WITH WALLS GETTING PULLED UP. COCKROACH INFESTATION THRU OUT THE HOME, MANAGER GAVE TENANT 2 MONTHS WORTH OF RAID. FLOORING IN HALLWAY, LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN TILE ALL HAVE SPOTS THAT ARE BULGING OUT BECAUSE OF THE WATER LEAKING DOWN AND POOLING IN SPOTS. HOLE IN FLOOR AT THE END OF TRAILER IN KITCHEN AREA, AND OUTSIDE ON THE PORCH SO ANIMALS CAN GET IN THRU THIS HOLE THAT CONNECTS TENANT HAS SEEN MICE AND CATS NESTING INTHIS HOLE. HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED BY MANAGEMENT. RAILING ON PORCH IS ALMOST COMPLETELY OFF IT IS HANING FROM 1 PIECE OF WOOD. 4 WINDOWS WERE DAMAGED DURING A STORM BY BRANCHES FROM ATREE IN THE LOT NEXT DOOR AT BACK OF HOUSE, HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED BY MANAGEMENT. TENANT HAS HAD TO REPLACE WINDOWS HIMSELF RECOMMENDED BY ACE HARDWARE TO REPLACE WITH PLASTIC SHEETING, THAT KEEPS OUT COLD. MAIN SEWER LINE LEADING INTO HOUSE WAS DISABLED MAINTENANCE MAN CAPPED IT AND SAID HE WOULD BE BACK TO FIX IT TO DATE HE HAS NOT REPLACED ANYTHING, 03/2017 WAS LAST TIME THE TENANT WAS UPDATED ON THIS SITUATION.
