| 01/04/2018 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | VIDAL | Approved | Call came in for no water on the property and has been off since October. Arrived and the water is off at the meter with a city lock. The electrical has been cut at the pole due to not able to enter the property and no one answered the door. Did talk to a female Jessica and is trying to pay the water bill. Did go over that a citation my required to be signed due to tampering with the water being turned back on before the bill was paid. Did go over that due to the wires being cut at the pole that a re-connect permit is required and an inspection will be required before T.E.P. will come to turn the power back on. The house was clean and not able to exit the rear door due to having a double key deadbolt on the security door and no key on site. The female signed the paperwork and a male came to the site when securing the house. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window. Did remove a screen from the window and placed it in the living room to leave on site. Has no key to the side gate and not able to enter the rear yard to check the electrical panel. Did go over that the gate and the rear door will need to be opened to have access to the electrical panel in order to have the power turned back on and for the inspection for the re-connect. Their was no key for the front door when the people left the site and lock the deadbolt with the plastic bag and placed 2-screws on the plate at the lock area. Did make contact with the ex husband of the dead owner and will try and get the utilities back on soon. The owner listed on the Pima County Assessor Records has died and has no other name as the owner of the property. Did take inspector Rick Hollander on the first trip to the property due to was being told that several people were on site. On the second visit went by myself. Will call to go to the house tomorrow.
