01/02/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called thatT.F.D. on site with a mobile home fire. Arrived and the units still on site and were cleaning up. The fire investigators on site checking for cause. The overhaul was being done. The owner of the mobile home has left the site to be check for injuries. The fire was in the front of the mobile home and burned a bedroom, living room and went into the kitchen and dinning room area. Has heavy smoke damage through out. Most of the windows have been broken by the fire or to vent the mobile home. A vent hole was cut on the roof in the living room area. The electric and the gas has been removed at the meters and the water off at the shut off valve near the mobile home. The property is owned by the State of Arizona but the owner owns the mobile home. The mobile home is being condemned due to the amount of damage from the fire. The grandfather of the owner gave permission to have the property secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to have the openings secured with plywood. RV.
01/04/2018	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	Property is vacant and secured and at this time the case will be closed per the administrator Rick Saldate due to working with the insurance company. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
