ELECTRONIC GATE TO THE PARKING AREA IS NOT WORKING, HAS BEEN OPEN THIS WAY FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. TENANTS HAVE ASKED WHEN THE GATE WILL BE FIXED AND THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE ROU AROUND . MANAGEMENT SAYS THEY ARE STILL WAITING ON BIDS BUT TENANATS FILL UNSECURE WITH THE GATE BEING OPEN CONSTANTLY NO SECURITY GUARD. TENANATS HAVE FOUND PEOPLE THAT DO NOT BELONG IN THE BUILDING GOING THRU TRASH, CASING BICYCLES AND POSSIBLY THEFT HAS OCCURED IN THIS PAST 2 MONTHS. THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY HAS STRICT PARKING RULES, BUT THEY ARE NOT HOLDING UP THEIR PART OF THE LEASE. NOTHING IS BEING DONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM OR TO SECURE THE PARKING AREA WHILE IT IS BEING FIXED.

I SPOKE WITH RICK SALDATE WHO AGREED THE GATE NOT WORKING THAT INTURN IS CAUSING PROBLEMS FOR TENNANTS IS NOT A ISSUE C/E WOULD NORMALLY LOOK INTO. RICK STATED BECAUSE THE BIDS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED THAT C/E CAN CLOSE ITS CASE. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE
