Arrived and units still on site and finishing the investigation. The house has no running water and the meter has been removed, lacking the water heater, cooling, heat, the roof has leaks and missing in areas the roof coating, smoke detectors, broken windows though out, doors missing or not operable, has storage through out in all the rooms, lacking the bathroom and kitchen, the electrical has been tampered with and has foil to have power due to the meter had been booted, water heater is missing, has no gas meter on the property, and other issues. Property is being condemned due to lacking utilities, roof leaks and unable to secure. Called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the property secured due to not able to find the owners or anyone to secure the property. T.E.P. called to the property to have the wires cut at the pole and will be done in the morning. The breakers were turned off when the people finished removing their items out and placed in the alley to pick up later. Jason signed the paperwork and did the posting on front and rear of the house and the cargo box bed at the rear of the property detached from the house. They did have electrical on extension cords going to give power to the box and several surge protectors to had cords to where needed. Had a propane tank on a small stove in the area to cook and the tank was empty at this time. RV. |

The house is vacant and secured including the cargo trailer that is on the ground. The meter has been removed and the wires cut at the pole. The posting are still up and chain and lock has been placed on the front gate. Have been in contact with the owner and will monitor on keeping the property secured.
