Arrived and the units were still on site and no one in the mobile home. The interior of the mobile home has signs of hoarding or the mobile home has been ran sacked. The side door was opened and had a broken pane in the door. Found a window on the rear and not able to get to it and was opened. Was not able to find a owner or tenant for the mobile home and no management on the mobile home park. Called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the mobile home secured. Did do the posting on the sliding glass door of Do Not Enter and the Notice to Vacate. The electrical was on and removed the life line and turned off the breakers to the pedistal. Did put a City of Tucson lock on the pedistal and left a card with one of the tenants to give to management in the morning. RV. |

Did talk to the manager and the owners of the mobile home have been evicted since November and have given the mobile home park the mobile home as a payment on what they owe to the mobile home park on back rent. The mobile home park will be cleaning the mobile home and making the needed repairs to rent the mobile home again. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
