12/19/2017 UDC, Sec. 10.2.3. COMPLIANCE REVIEW, EXISTING DEVELOPMENT Any land used or occupied; any site improvement, modification, or construction started; any existing use or structure expanded, reconstructed, changed, or otherwise altered; and any land divided into multiple parcels without certification of compliance with the provisions of the UDC through a zoning review process is considered a violation of the UDC. 12/19/2017 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.

While on the property did see Pima County trucks on the property and and other trucks and were meeting. Did see where the man holes have been marked on the man hole and markers on the fences and bushes.
12/20/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The camp in the middle of the property has been removed and the area has been cleaned. Have talk to the owner and he does not want the homeless camps on the property. He gave permission to move down the way was due to he has not sure on the rights on removing them off the property. Did talk to the people in the third site and they will be moved by next week. Have the follow up on 1-4-17. RV.
