HOUSES APPEAR TO BE BUILT AT TH E SAME TIME AND RIGHT ON THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE, BOTH HOUSES. THERE IS NO CURRENT BUILDING GOING ON, THE OME OWNER AT 1614 STATED THEY HAD PURCHASED THE HOUSE TWO YRS AGO, SHE THINKS WHAT MAY HAVE HAPPENED IS THAT HER HUSBAND MENTIONED TO THE OWNER AT 1612 THAT HE WANTED TO HAVE HIS PROPERTY SURVEYED AND THINKS A SMALL PORTION OF THE PROPERTY AT 1612 IS TAKEN AWAY FROM HIS LOT. I CHECKED MAPS AND FOUND THAT BOTH THE PROPERTIES WERE BUILT RIGHT ON THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE SOUTH AND SHOWS 1614 OVER THE LINE ON 1612 AND 1612 OVER THE LINE TO THE PRPERTY TO THE SOUTH AS WELL. NO ACTION TO BE TAKEN, GETTING A SURVEY MAY BE THE RIGHT THING TO DO. NO VIOLATION AT THIS TIME. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
