12/12/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Had fire next door and the unit had smoke in the house but no fire damage. Did have to keep the tenants out of the house for some time due to the Co2 level was high. Once the level dropped the tenants were allowed back into the house. The house has no gas due to the meter has been pinned due to lack of payment. Did let the owner of the property know that the smoke detectors need to be installed due to lacking through out the house. All is working on the electrical. Once the tenants checked everything was working, left the unit. RV.
12/13/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The unit was able to move back into the unit and the gas will be turned back by tomorrow. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
