12/06/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the site and talk to a freind of the tenant and she was doing nails for freinds. Did go over that she will need to meet with zoning at Planning and Development Services Department on doing work out of the home. Did talk to the owner and he was going to talk to the tenant that the work being done in the home can not be done. Did let the tenant know that part of the complaint is blocking the driveway and people parking in the street. The freind will check with zoning. RV.
12/07/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The tenant called and all has been removed and no longer doing nails on the property. Did go to the site and area is a playroom for the kids. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
