12/04/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH THE OWNERS WHO ALLOWED ENTRY INTO THE REAR YARD. I FOUND THE HISTORIC BUILDINGS 53 & 49 W KENNEDY ST TO BE ALL OF 5 FT-4 IN AWAY FROM EACH OTHER. FOUND NO DIRT WORK OF ANY KIND BEING COMPLETED THAT MIGHT ALTER THE WATER DRAINAGE, DID FIND THAT EACH PROPERTY HAD ROOF GUTTERS TO HELP WITH WATER PROBLEMS, AND FOUND ONLY THAT 53 W KENNEDY HAD PLACED FLAGSTONE STEPPING STONES BETWEEN THE TWO HOUSES ON THEIR PROPERTY. I FOUND NO ALTERING OF ACTUAL DRAINAGE ALTERING ON THIS PROPERTY. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
