Arrived and all the units were leaving the site and the investigation was completed. The owners were on site. T.E.P. was called to the property due to the amount of electrical hazards and added electrical through out the property. This property has one large building that was split into 2-section with a bathroom in the middle. The building has been demo'ed, had a stove that was hooked up on 12-2 romex and the wire was coming through a window and the box was just on top of a wooden box. The rooms had items all scattered and a bed on one side. Had a seperate building at the rear of the large building and that was used for people to stay in the area. The electrical boxes for outlets and lights have been opened and had no outlets or light fixtures. The property has trash and debris through out and vehicles being stored through out the rear of the property. Did go over that the vehicles will need to be moved and the owners do not own the vehicles. A pond has been built in the middle of the property and was just done with out the owners permission. Did give a card with the phone number to call if needs more assistance to be in compliance. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
