11/27/2017 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-4. PERMITS REQUIRED. Unless otherwise exempt pursuant to section 301 of the Administrative Code, as adopted by reference per section 6-1 of this Code, or pursuant to any other ordinance or statute, no building, structure or building service equipment regulated by this chapter or by the technical codes adopted by the city shall be built, erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, moved, improved, removed, converted or demolished unless a permit first has been obtained from the building official in the manner provided in the administrative and building codes adopted by the city. The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe.
11/27/2017 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-39.1. LIMITATIONS ON YARD SALES. (a) An owner or responsible party of residential property shall not operate, conduct, manage, or allow more than four yard sales within a single calendar year at the residential property. (b) An owner or responsible party of residential property shall not operate, conduct, manage, or allow any yard sale event that exceeds three (3) consecutive days. (c) A violation of this Section shall be a civil infraction, with a sanction as provided in Section 16-48(2).
11/27/2017 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(h) OUTDOOR STORAGE Outdoor storage on residential properties is prohibited under the following conditions: 1. When stored in the front yard. 2. When stored in the side yard or rear yard and is not screened by a minimum five foot high solid wall or opaque fence. 3. When exceeds 25% of the total lot area. 4. When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris.

They have a trailer loaded to take to the landfill and will be moving the other storage off the property. The storage is placed in the rear yard and under the porches on the side and in front and the carport is filled and covered with a tarp. Will research the porch added to the side of the existing porch. Will do a N.O.V. RV.
11/27/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved While doing the research found where an electrical upgrade was issued and not finaled and the porch had the permit withdrawn in 2013. Will add to the N.O.V. RV.
