She did say there is now a new owner and new mananger and is hoping this change will result into action. They just had a assoc. meeting and she is the process of putting their compliants into a letter for new management to address. I let her know because the mananger has not seen the list to address, City of Tucson will allow the mananger a chance to address this list. I asked for a copy when it is done, which she stated will be in 2 weeks. No inspections were done by COT at this time. Will work with assoc. and mananger once that draft goes out. Will move to close out this case and T17DV05971, spoke to M. Romero about this case.
