11/14/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the son of the owner and he showed me the refrigerator in the rear of the mobile home on a porch. The refrigerator is being used and the locking device is not the latching type. The son was asked to place a lock on the doors due to having kids around the mobile home park and may try and get into the refrigerator. No N.O.V. given. Will check in 10 days. RV.
11/29/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Met with the owner and the refrigerator has been removed from the property and placed in storage. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
