11/13/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site along with Inspector Goodman, met with owners son. Advised him who and why we were on the property, asked if code enforcement could enter and he refused to let CE enter. We walked the property with owners son advising him of the outside violations when he let us know the property was already under citation. Checked into and found case # T17DV02470 already in citation with arrignment at the end of the month and he knew about it. At this point will move to close out this case and refer to T17DV02470.
