Has rats, roaches, the kitchen cabinets are wet under the sink area, the water is leaking at the exterior of the rear of the unit near the bathroom and the kitchen wall on the rear of the house, the vents are bent blocking airflow, the smoke detectors are not up due to not holding in the brackets in the ceilings and walls, and has an issue with the water line that was hit on the side of the house still leaking. Called the owner and will meet at 3:00 PM today and will call when going to the unit. RV.
