11/01/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured house. Arrived and inspector Bigman has been on site and the property has been condemned on 9-17-17. The owners have died and no responsible person found. The door to the carport and the side gate have been kicked in to gain entry. Called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the property secured. The electrical conduit that was mounted to the exterior in the rear wall has been pulled away from the wall and the interior of the house has been ran sacked. The front window is posted with paperwork from banks. Did still have the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and did the posting of Notice to Vacate on the front door on the plywood. All the other openings are secured at this time. The house has been vacant for some time. RV.
11/02/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The house is vacant and secured and at this time the case will be closed per the administrator Rick Saldate due to has paperwork from the banks. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
