FIRE IN APARTMENT UPSTAIRS FROM OCCUPANT#215, THE MANAGER HAS ASKED HER TO VACATE APARTMENT FOR 5 DAYS WHILE THEY CLEANED UP APARTMENT. THE APARTMENT COMPLEXHAS PUT IN BOMOBS SEVERAL TIMES AND HAD EXTERMINATOR OVER SEVERAL TIMES TO SPRAY FOR ROACHES, BUT OCCUPANT DOES NOT THINK THIS IS ENOUGH EFFORT FOR HER. APARTMENT SMOKE ALARMS DID NOT SOUND OFF WHEN THE FIRE STARTED OR OUTSIDE APARTMENT EITHER. OCCUPANT HAS BEEN LET TO RESUME RESIDENCE SINCE 10/22. SHE WOULD LIKE A NEW APARTMENT, BUT APARTMENT MANAGER SAYS OCCUPANT WOULD JUST TRAVEL WITH ROACHES AND DOES NOT WANT THEM TO SPREAD
