10/31/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Arrived and the front door was open with a male inside the unit. He was waiting for the tenant who is at work to come home. The person allowed to check the electrical panel and currently has no breakers in the panel. The meter has a red tag for lack of payment. The gas meter has been pinned and the water is off for tampering and has been locked out since 7-27-16. Did find extension cords coming from the rear of the property and they went to a generator and through a window to give lighting in the house. Did make contact with the owner and he stated that the people in the house are squatting and the units should be vacant. He was trying to find someone to secure the house and never called back. Called Arcaiden Industries due to waited for more than an hour before calling. The person on site was advised of the owners statement and was advised if wanted to move items out of the house he could and pick up later from the outside of the house. The person called people to move the items out of the house and will pick the left over items tomorrow. Did posting on the front and rear of the units of Do Not Enter. Once the units were secured and the posting completed, left the site and the people were still moving items from the property. RV.
