First the fuse went out then the compressor which they did buy another one for $24,000 and spent Friday Saturday and Sunday installing the system. Had to work out bugs on Monday and Tuesday but the system is operational as of Wednesday. Went to the unit with manager was able to meet with the tenant destiny. Air is coming out at the vents very cold and the unit thermostat read 73 degrees. Management will work with tenant to replace the filter but once again the system is online is operational and is blowing out cold air iin the the apartment. Will move to close out this case |
