owner of property at 2231 n woods pl is denying hoa access to easement at the end of the cul de sac. Trash pick up , mail service, UPS, FedEx, fire Dept, Emergency vehicles cannot clear this space without damaging the median trees, which has been happening quite often these past few months. Owner unwilling to releasae easement land. Which originally was agreed upon to belong to the HOA for the sole purpose of access to the cul de sac. Now improvement that was to be scheduled on street pavement has been put on hold because of this situation
