Arrived and the units were still on site and removing vehicles from the property. Had an arrest of the occupant that was in the house who was squatting. The windows are broken or unable to lock shut. Not able to locate a owner for the property and called Arcadien Industries to have the property secured. T.E.P called to remove the meter due to have light fixtures removed and open boxes through out. Did call the supervisor Martin Romero to have the property secured and gave permission to have the property secued. The water meter has been tagged for lack of payment. The gas meter has been pinned. RV.
11/29/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved House is vacant and secured with the interior of the house has been cleaned. The window by the front door has been replaced with new. The posting are still in placed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
