10/15/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called the T.P.D. on site with a vacant house and unsecured and people in the house. Arrived and the units still on site and 5-people in the house. One was the son and his girlfriend. One male was a friend and the other were just there. The house was boarded up and the front windows had the plywood removed to see on the interior. The front door was still pinned shut and not able to be opened. The rear door was forced openen and the metal security door is a total lost. The electrical has been turned back on and was turned off and a City of Tucson lock was placed until checked by the inspector Martin Lopez for compliance of the house before re-occupied. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property re-secured until the inspection has been competed. The interior of the house was cleaned and people were sleeping in different rooms. The son of the owner signed the paperwork for the Notice to Vacate and was advised to not be caught staying in the house or have the friends staying in the house. Did talk to the owner and he allowed the son to stay in the house for security reason and was aware of the girlfriend saying and not aware of the other people staying in the house. The owner was advised that no one could stay in the house at any time until the plywood has been removed from the windows and the pins removed from the front door. The son left the site once he signed the paperwork. Arcaiden Industries was called to the site to have the property secured. The property has been cleaned on the tall grass and weeds. Had some small piles for pick up into the trash container bur were filled. RV.
10/20/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Romero Approved All persons have been removed, property remains secure violations abbated. Close case.
