10/13/2017 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | GOODMAN | Approved | VISITEDSITE MET WITH TFD FIREFIGHTERS, FOUND THAT WATER LINE TO THE A/C UNIT HAD BROKEN AND WATER FLOODED THE UNIT. UPON MY ARRIVAL FOUND POWER SHUT OFF TO THE A/C AT THE SUB PANEL AND AT THE DISCONNECT FOR THE A/C UNIT DIRECTLY BELOW THE UNIT. WATER LINE HAD BEEN REPAIRED BY THE TIME I ARRIVED AND POWER LEFT OFF FOR THE TIME BEING. WATER WAS EXTRACTED FROM THE UNIT WHILE ON SITE. THRESHOLD ATTHE FRONT DOOR WAS REMOVED TO ALLOW HEAVY WATER TO FLOW OUT. TENNANT WAS GIVEN A KEY TO THE CORPORATE UNIT ALLOWING HER TO STAY OVERNIGHT, UNIT FULLY FURNISHED. ALL REPAIRS HAD BEEN COMPLETED, WATER EXTRACTED AND TENNANT PLACED BEFORE LEAVING THE SCENE. NO NOV WAS ISSUED TENNANT OK TO MOVE BACK IN AFTER UNIT IS CLEANED. CODE ENFORCEMENT HAS NO ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. PER ADMINISTRATOR |
