10/11/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received call to check the site due to a fence was removed from a pool. Arrived and no one home and was able to check the pool in the rear yard. The main property line has a masonry wall around the pool. Did have a small fencing separating the pool from the house and that was removed. Will meet with P.D.S.D. and check if the fencing needs to be replaced back to seperate the house and pool. RV.

10/18/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Did meet with Ken the plans reviewer for residential and the fencing is not required if no kids live in the house. There are no kids living in the house and at times will have grand kids but are monitored. So at this time no further action will be required. Did talk to the person who called in the complaint and was advised of the finding that the pool is in compliance at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
