SERVICES NOEL DISPELETS, WHO DISAGREED THAT ADDITIONAL WORK OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF WORK ON THE PERMITS WAS BEING DONE, AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I ISSUED A STOP WORK ORDER. I ASKED THAT IF HE QUESTIONED MY ACTIONS THAT HE MEET WITH CLAYTON, MAYBE ON THE JOB SITE TO GO OVER WHAT WAS BEING COMPLETED. HE STATED HE ALREADY HAD INSPECTIONS ON THE PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL INSIDE. FROM COMMENTS OR LACK OF ON THE PERMIT CARD I ASSUMED INTERIOR ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, FRAMING AND DRYWALL WAS NEVER PLACED ON THE PERMIT CARD OR INSPECTED, AND WHETHER PLANS WOULD BE REQUIRED BECAUSE OF ALL THE CHANGES.
