Arrived and units were still in the process of investigation who was in the house and who had the right to be in the house. Did have a stolen vehicle and had to wait for the vehicle to be process for items in the vehicle and prints on the vehicle. The owners of the vehicle showed to claim the vehicle and take the vehicle home. There was no one on site who could tell who the owner of the property was or info for the owners to make contact to call the owners. The electrical meter has a blue tag and the power has been turned off at the meter. The water was on and no gas to the property and the house is all electric. There was approx. 6 to 7 people staying in the house and was filled with bikes, tools and items in bags. The people on site have removed items out of the house and placed in the carport area to take off the property. The house was condemned due to lacking the electrical and the house was secured by Arcaiden Industries due to not able to make contact with the owner. 2-doors were screwed shut and the rear sliding glass door was covered with plywood. Did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and also posted the Notice to Vacate on the front window due to no responsible party on site for the property. RV. |
