09/20/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Supervior Martin Romero called that T.P.D. on site with a car through building. Arrived and the vehicle has left the site and hit the northeast corner of the house and damage to CMU blocks with no rebar. The damage area has 2-windows in the corner and a door. The headers are concrete beams over the door and windows. The electrical is in armeflex and all being stretched from the weight of holding the section of blocks from falling to the ground. The electrical has been turned off to the area by the owner. The owner was on site and lives or stays in a different part of the house and has been blocked off to not enter the area of the house that was damaged. The area has been posted Do Not Enter and called Biff Baker Fence to have the area secured. Will check in 60 days. RV.
11/28/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Met with the owner and the area has been cleaned. The shoring has been installed to remove the loose block. Nothing else has been done to make the needed repairs. The owner is in the process of getting the permit and still working on the drawings due to not sure has to be removed for the repairs. Had concrete headers and will have to be done different due to were homemade headers. The owner will be installing his own fence and will call when it is installed. Will check in 60 days. RV.
