09/26/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the management and they are having issues with one of the tenant and they think it's 2105. I do not have a unit number or a building number and the management believe it's building number 2. Not able to call any one not knowing the building or unit number. Will check at a later date and will walk the building and get copies of the treatment for the building or units being treated. Will check next week. RV.
10/04/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The management gave permission to walk the building and talk to the tenants and a couple units have rats and have not let the management know of the issues. Now they have been reported and will be treated at the next treatment to the building next week. The unit that called in through the management has been vacated and is secured. The paperwork has no unit number or building number. At this time the case will be closed. Abated, Close Case. RV.
