Arrived and the camp is a desert area next to the this property. The person has left the camp and was no where to be seen when walking the property. Will need to do research on who owns the property and did let T.P.D. know that they have a protocal on homeless and was going to call officer Fernandez to check on the 72 hours posting. RV.
