WE WERE ASKED BY RICK SALDATE TO LOOK OVER THE ENTIRE PARK AND TO ALSO LOOK FOR ELECTRICAL HAZARDS THAT WERE BROUGHT UP BY COMPLAINTANT AT TA LATER TIME. INSPECTION FOUND ALLED ELECTRICAL ON THE BACK OR NORTH SIDE OF UNIT #8, RICK FOUND THE ELECTRICAL HAD BEEN DISCONNECTED BUT NOT REMOVED AND THE SAME ISSUE WITH SOME ELCETRICAL ON A WALL BETWEEN 8 AND 9, BUT AGAIN ELECTRICAL DISCONNECTED. CHECKJED PEDISTALS TO ALL TRAILERS, DISCONNECTS WERE IN GOOD CONDITION, PROPERLY WIRED, THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT THEY WERE INSTALLED TOO CLOSE TO THE GROUND BY TODAYS STANDARDS BUT NOT WHEN INSTALLED, RICK STATED WE HAD NO JURISDICTION. DID NOT THE RICKETY SHADE STRUCTURE. ALL TRAILERS WERE NICELY LANDSCAPED TO AN EXTENT, FOUND NO REAL ISSUES, AND NO VIOLAITONS. SPOKE WITH RICK SALDATE, CONCERNING THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND NO HAZARDOUS ELECTRICAL. RICK STATED WE COULD CLOSE OUR CASE DUE TO ELECTRICAL BEING DISCONNECTED. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE. |
