Was able to view the parking lot area which I did not see any trash or debris, also checked the front and east facing sides of the property again with no trash and debris. Walked around the rear of the property to find trash enclosure Gates were locked however was able to take photos over the wall with no accumulation of trash or debris. Permanent light fixtures on both the North and east facing signs of the property were all facing downward which would not cause bleeding of light outside the property area. At this point will move to close out case |
