States recent damage with condensation pipe to AC in utility room which overflowed and cause damage to hallway and sheetrock. At this point all has been dried and new floor was put into the utility room no issues with leak or moisture at this time. Ceiling and utility room needs ceiling sheetrock to be complete and taped. Holes were drilled into hallway sheetrock at floor level and into kitchen and laundry room area and in bathroom. States she has small bugs from these holes, did see small bugs in this area. Three mice were trapped inside unit. Will move to NOV on violations |
