VISTED THIS SITE 30 DAYS AGO, WENT OUT TWICE, HEARD FROM MANAGER, MAINTANENCE, AND ELECTRICIAN BUT NEVER HEARD FROM THE OCCUPANTTO ALLOW ENTRY. REOPENED A CASE DUE TO A CALL FROM THE OCCUPANT. PRIOR TO INSPECTING I SPOKE WITH THE OCCUPANT WHO STATED HE WOULD NOT BE HOME, BUT IT WOULD BE OK TO ENTER HIS UNIT. PASSED THAT INFO ON TO THE MANAGER BUT ASKED WE ENTER ALONG WITH THE MAINTANENCE PERSON JESUS. I CALLED THE OCCUPANT A SECOND TIME INFRONT OF THE MANAGER TO CONFIRM WE HAD HIS CONSENT TO ENTER. > CHECKED COOLER, FAN/ MOTOR WORKING, PUMP STOPPED UP BECAUSE OF FLOAT LOCATION. WILL BE ADDRESSED TODAY. > ROOF SEAMS SEALED BY THE MANAGER DUE TO COMPLAINTS BUT NOT SURE WHERE THE ROOF IS LEAKING BECAUSE IT IS A BEAM/ T&G ROOF/CEILING. LEAK NOT OBVIOUS. > WINDOW CRANKS MISSING/ TO BE ADDRESSED TODAY. >ELECTRICAL APPEARED TO BE OK BUT ONLY ABLE TO SEE OUTLETS ABOVE THE SINK, ADDED GFI'S 3 FT FROM THE WATER AREA. REST OF OUTLETS THRU OUT THE STRUCTURE ARE COVERED BY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. > FOUND THE HOUSE NOT WELL TAKEN CARE OF, PERSONAL BELONGINGS SCATTERED THRU OUT THE BEDRMS, LIVINGROOM, AND KITCHEN. OOCUPANT STATES HE HAS BEEN THERE 3 YEARS AND COMPLAINING ABOUT COSTS GOING UP BUT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE TAKING CARE OF WHATS PROVIDED FOR HIM . BECAUSE OF THE ATTENTION GIVEN TO THE SITUATION REPORTED IN MY LAST CASE T17DV03352 AND DUE TO THE MINOR ISSUES TO BE ADDRESSED, NO NOV IS BEING ISSUED AND ALL ISSUES TO BE COMPLETED AND REINSPECTED BY TUESDAY 9/05/17, 4 DAYS AFTER COMPLAINT FROM THE OCCUPANT.
