There is however an extension cord running from neighboring property straight into the electrical box at rear, thus powering the rear unit. Also found items inside Unit number 3 that leads us to believe that the dwelling is being occupied nobody here at present time. Inside Unit number 3 no light fixture or light fixture in main room. Wayne the worker was on site, and he was advised of the problem. Wires were cut that were energizing two Breakers inside the panel, extension cord was disconnected and thrown back over the neighbouring property fence. We also posted unit number three as keep vacant and not to occupy. TPD was advised of our actions |
