08/29/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and checked location knocked on several dwellings on property and was able to get ahold of one of the monks staying at the property. State I have to go to the main restaurant to figure out who is responsible. Was able to peer over the rear fence to find a small pile of debris and smell a rotten odor coming from that area. Met with a worker Mike Lahaie who stated he would take care of the issue. Will move forward with a notice of violation and a follow-up date
