09/19/2017 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(d) DUTY TO REMOVE WEEDS AND REFUSE FROM ABUTTING SIDEWALKS, STREETS AND ALLEYS UPON NOTICE. Upon receipt of notice served pursuant to section 16-45, the owner, lessee, tenant or occupant of any premises shall remove from the premises and the abutting portions of contiguous sidewalks, streets and alleys, all weeds, garbage, debris or other refuse which may endanger the health, safety or welfare of the persons in the vicinity of such premises. This duty extends to and includes any abutting sidewalk area and one-half (½) the width of abutting alleys, from the property line to the center line of the alley.
09/19/2017 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.

09/18/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site to find weeds and grass along front curb side curb and rear of property. Trash and debris along north side of the property. Met with manager Jamie on site who stated there was an inspector with the city who checked the tires for water around three weeks ago and did not see anything. I personally check Columns of tires in all four corners of the property and did not see any water in those tires nor did I see any mosquitoes flying about. Jamie also stated Pima County Health Department was here and put up mosquito traps however they we're no longer there when I arrived but manager said they did not catch any mosquitoes. Will move to notice of violation for the violations I do have
10/16/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrvied on site to find front, side and rear sidewalk and curb areas all clean and clear. Property was also clean and cleared out, will move to close out this case
